Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of A River of Dreams E-Gift Card. We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A River of Dreams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ariverofdreams.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
