Domestic Shipping

Our goal is always to ship your order same-day, because we know your little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods such as the holidays may experience delay, so if you need it sooner, shoot us an email at info@ariverofdreams.com and we can discuss expedited options.

For expedited service, additional charges may applyPlease specify in order comments when you would like your order by. Orders placed by 2pm PST will ship the same day. A River of Dreams customer representative may contact you once we receive your order (and before we ship it) to inform you if there are additional shipping charges. Or, if you would like to know the shipping charges prior to placing your order, you may contact us and we can give you shipping options/rates based on your specific needs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ariverofdreams.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Domestic orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 *Orders are shipped in America and Canada Only. We currently do not ship to other countries.

 

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

 

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

A River of Dreams does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
